Strangely, the best example I can think of is a game trying to recreate a situation MUCH more difficult to simulate than baseball, life as a border agent in a totalitarian country. The game puts you in difficult situations as a border agent processing immigrants who have compelling stories for why they are trying to cross the border.

For balance purposes, I limit the number of voyeurs in the maze, otherwise it can enter a deadlock where there's only voyeurs but no one for them to watch. However, Zugzwang is about interacting with a maze full of people, so here I simulate the police as distinct in-person agents who walk around.
