Skyrim was already notorious for this "break the AI pathing and snipe at them" exploit metagame, but Enderal sort of just gives up here. It's not uncommon to walk between towns and fight like 6 different packs of wolves. Lots of height variation and clutter = broken pathfinding. It's more paranoid than a Ubisoft game. Money sink.
