As reported by Eurogamer , the developer confirmed in a waiver of service of summons that it has retained the services of a lawyer. Tropic Haze has yet to provide an official statement, and its emulator is still available to use on its website.

Hi All, I started with the new project for POC purpose. I added a new element by : Create ->2D Object->ParticleSystem2D. By default atom_new.plist file is attached to this element. When I run the scene in Browser every thing work as expected. Issue :- The game doesn’t load when I create a Build and try to load the game/project in mobile. Don’t know what is the root cause, not able to fetch any logs.
