Video Player in Windows build

Cocos

I am currently working on a project using Cocos Creator 3.7.2 and I need to integrate a video player. The built-in video player component works fine for web builds, but I am encountering issues with it on Windows builds. I also attempted to implement a video tag through DOM manipulation, but that solution only functions in web builds as well. Does anyone have suggestions or workarounds for getting a video player to work in Windows builds?
