I’ve tested now both methods, by phone speaker it happens as you can see, by earplugs surprisingly there is no problem, all sounds play at their correct volume. My devices are a Samsung Galaxy Tab A8 with Android 13 and an LG Nexus 5X with Android 8.1.0. I don’t know my customer’s devices but I know this also happens to him.
