Both Microsoft and the Competition and Markets Authority – the UK regulator that blocked the deal earlier this year – announced this morning that a new deal has been submitted for the latter's consideration.

I've said many times before that the goal with monetization of any kind is a positive value proposition to the player - the player spending the money needs to feel like they are getting more value out of the product they purchase than the money they spent to obtain it.
