Godot's new renderer, progress report #3

It's been a month since the second progress report , and progress continues towards the new Godot renderer. Add Layered/Stencil rendering. renderer works entirely in linear space (Gamma is no longer supported). It works by implementing voxel cone tracing in a way that is friendlier with low end GPUs and high end mobile.

Introducing the new "last minute" lightmapper

This generally works and looks pretty, but it's quite shader intensive, which makes it not work on mobile or low end GPUs. The newly added VR support also suffers with GIProbe, as it has to render in very high resolutions. Light is precomputed offline and rendered to a texture, which is then used by the geometry.
