Designing a quick T-shirt Mockup in Affinity Designer

I use simple shapes to create a clipping mask, lines with added tapering and Gaussian blur for the folds, and adjusted layer blend modes. Additional textures on top can make it look more like fabric. There are a lot of templates for T-shirts out there but most were created for Photoshop and use photos and bitmap elements.

Last issue, we shared the texturing work Cass had started on the forest homes, many of which resemble beautiful log cabins due to the intricate woodwork featured throughout. Fur is one of those textures that can easily be overdone. . :) Setting up a new, clean computer is always a big thing and choosing the right tools, installing enough but not too much is fun. a good spin. Less is more!
