Take-Two is planning to close or potential sell its indie-focused publishing label Private Division. That's according to an IGN report , which cites sources familiar with the matter who say almost all Private Division staff have been laid off. Take-Two has declined to comment. Management reportedly told employees in April that Take-Two would no longer support the publishing label, with only a handful of staff left to handle the remaining publishing deals.

John Romero's autobiography is set to be adapted as a series, and will also be the subject of a documentary. As reported by Deadline , 'Doom Guy: Life in First Person' will become a documentary directed by Rob McCallum, who's mainly known for 2023's Mr. Dressup: The Magic of Make-Believe. The series adaptation doesn't have a director attached to it yet, but both projects will have Naomi Harvey serve as executive producer, via Golden Possum Productions.

Hypersonic Laboratories has raised $7 million in a series A round led by Play Ventures. AppWorks, WTIC, KB Investment, and Alex Ekvall also contributed to the round, with the funding going towards further development of Helix. The sandbox platform aims at facilitating the creation of role-playing mods and servers. Helix is due to launch in a closed alpha later this year.

Hi. I’ m using Cocos Creator version 3.8.2 currently. I imported assets packages exported by Cocos Creator version 3.4.2. And scene and code work fine in play mode. However, sometimes the editor show this error after editing source code (after displaying ‘script compilation in progress’ at bottom right of the editor).
